“When I look into the eyes of an animal, I do not see an animal. I see a living being. I see a friend. I feel a soul.”

Meet our Girls!

Shekinah

Shekinah is a 10 year old female, Royal White Tiger. She has an amazing personality for a tiger! Shekinah likes to travel and be around people and has a very gentle spirit.

There are less than 200 Royal White Tigers left in the World!
One of the reasons white tigers are so rare is because when two white tigers mate and have cubs there is only a 20% chance that the cubs will also be white, that means 80% of the cubs will be an orange color.

White tigers are not albinos they are an Asian species which are found in the frozen tundra of the Soviet Far East and south to the humid jungles of Malaya.

SELAH

Selah is almost 2 years old and is a female orange Tiger. She is Shoshana’s best friend.

She always has a very soulful look in her eyes and she also loves people and thinks everything in life is a game. She can be very mischievous, she loves her toys, she loves to be play hide and seek and be chased. She is also very social and you can always count on her to be the first one to wake up and greet you in the morning with lots of hugs and kisses.

Shoshana

Shoshana is a 2 year old female pure Snow White Tiger, one of only 30 left in the World! She has the most unique personality of any tiger I have ever known. Her love language is quality time and her hearts desire is to be with people 24 hours a day. She loves to listen and loves to be petted. Her favorite things are eating lots of food and watching movies about Monkeys.

Tigers in our House!

Each time we adopt a new tiger into our family, they come and live in our house with us for about 6 months, this allows us to develop a very personal life long bond of love and trust with each individual tiger.

Once they grow to about 150lbs. we move them to our sanctuary, this gives them a lot more room to run, play and swim and we still get to spend several hours together every day.

One of the greatest joy’s of my life has been the privilege of raising, training and caring for tigers for over 25 years.

The most important thing I have learned about raising tigers is that their Love Language is mostly Quality Time, and if you treat them right and never betray their trust, they will be loyal lifelong friends!

“In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught”.

– Baba Dioum, Senagalese conservationist

I believe animals need Love!
I believe animals can thrive in an appropriate and loving human environment!
I believe God intended mankind to enjoy, celebrate and love his creation!
I believe it is our responsibility as humans to take care of God’s Creation!

I believe, sadly that Tigers will not survive in the wild and we need to act now to provide a safe human environment where tigers can thrive!
In 1900 there were over 100,000 tigers in the wild. Today there are less than 3,500 tigers in the wild. Animal bans and restrictions have not been effective in saving the Tiger population. Most experts believe Tigers in the Wild will be extinct in the next 5 to 10 years! However as the quote above suggests there is hope because people will care about conserving what they love.

For this reason It has been an honor and a privilege for me and my family to share with our audiences an up close experience with the magnificent Bengal Tiger.
At every show we offer a VIP ticket and the proceeds from this ticket go to Tiger protection and conservation. We believe that in order to grow and nurture love for an animal species (like the tiger) we need to have an understanding and knowledge of that animal. In the VIP experience at our show we offer audiences the opportunity to meet our tigers and learn about them. Our hope is that everyone who attends our show will not only leave mesmerized with a renewed sense of wonder but also a greater understanding and love for one of God’s greatest creations the Bengal tiger.

For the last 25 years, it has been one of my greatest privileges in Life to Rescue and adopt Tigers for our private Tiger Sanctuary in Bozeman Montana. Our family has discovered that when Tigers are born into a human environment they thrive on quality time, they need lots of love, lots of interaction, the best quality food and lots of stimulating activities. When all these things are provided for them they truly live an amazing life!

On average our Tigers live twice as long as tigers in the wild. Just like us humans, Tigers also thrive and live longer with lots of love and social interaction, a purpose, healthy diet and exercise.
